Vaikka nämä vaunut rakennettiin sodan ja säännöstelyn aikana, olivat ne niin kelvollisia, että niitä käytettiin loppuun asti. Monet vaunut, esimerkiksi 125 ja 127, uudelleenrakennettiin samantyylisiksi kuin sarjan 38-47 vaunut ja uudistetut sarjan 16-33 vaunut ja osa vaunuista sai kumijoustopyörät ja levyjarrut. Viimeiset vaunut poistettiin linjan 2 lakkauttamisen lopettaessa perävaunuajan kesäkuussa 1972.

Even though these cars were built during the war and the rationing, the quality was good enough so that the cars were used to the end. Many cars, for instance 125 and 127 were heavily rebuilt in the 1950’s in the same style as the motor cars 38-47 and the rebuilt cars series 16-33 and some cars even got rubber dampened wheels and disc brakes. Last cars were decommissioned as the abandonment of line 2 in June 1972 ended the trailer use in Turku
