131 – 140 (TUKL muutettu / rebuilt 1951-1954) ”Kiinalaiset / Chinese”

Muutettu vanhoista kaksiakselista moottorivaunuista. Muutostaulukko: 131 ex 11, 132 ex 7, 133 ex 12, 134 ex 1, 135 ex 4, 136 ex 8, 137 ex 6, 138 ex 9, 139 ex 14, 140 ex 3.

Rebuilt from old two-axle motor cars. Conversion table: 131 ex 11, 132 ex 7, 133 ex 12, 134 ex 1, 135 ex 4, 136 ex 8, 137 ex 6, 138 ex 9, 139 ex 14, 140 ex 3. The trailer version was called ”Chinese” because those cars, which had not been rebuilt during the war, had lanterns. The trailers, which could only be seen as a temporary solution, were decommissioned already before the decision to abandon the trams because the need for trailers receded, the cars were old and had poor performance. The trailer 140 was donated to Tampere after Turku had won in a big walking contest in 1964. It was used for a time as a clothing room by an ice skating rink.
